Borlotti Bean Barlotto di Fuoco

Borlotti bean plants don't produce beans in the same quantities as runner or french beans, but they are delicious, and are one of the most striking additions you can make to your veg patch. The plants will climb to a height of about 2m and produce large crimson red pods flecked with cream, with similar coloured beans inside.

One to choose if you're already growing french beans or runner beans and have some extra space.
