Parsley's such an everyday herb it often gets overlooked. I grow stacks of the stuff. It's great for adding at the end of cooking, giving a lift to practically any dish, including salads, and it's wonderful as the prime ingredient in sauces like salsa verde. I also love parsley pesto - just blend with toasted pine nuts, parmesan, garlic and olive oil - as you would basil.
From two well timed sowings I have parsley all year round. It's equally well suited to plots and patios.
