Chamomile
£1.95Chamomile plants are easy grow both on a veg plot or in windowboxes/pots. The pretty daisy like flowers appear within just a couple of months from sowing, and can be added fresh to hot water for a delicious cup of tea, or dried to keep you in chamomile through the winter. Also good for treating insomnia and building up your immune system (so I?m told!)
If you like the idea of growing your own tea, why not grow some peppermint and lemon balm too?
