Chamomile

Chamomile plants are easy grow both on a veg plot or in windowboxes/pots. The pretty daisy like flowers appear within just a couple of months from sowing, and can be added fresh to hot water for a delicious cup of tea, or dried to keep you in chamomile through the winter. It's also supposed to be good for treating insomnia and building up your immune system.
