We try to get all orders shipped as fast as possible, but please bear with us at busy times. Seed only orders have a post and packing charge of £2.45. All other orders have a charge of £4.95.
We also ship 'seed only' orders to anywhere in the EU. The standard post and packing charges as above still apply, but please remember to order seeds only - no equipment, potatoes or onions!
From time to time items do become out of stock, in which case we will contact you with an expected delivery date.
If for any reason you want to cancel your order or are unhappy with your items, you can return them in resaleable condition and in their original packaging within 14 days for a full replacement or refund.
Resaleable condition means that any product must be un-opened and un-used.
Please obtain proof of posting (free from your Post Office) when returning goods as we cannot provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive the original goods back. Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service.
This guarantee does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights.

The online shopping process is security protected. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect the transmission of your sensitive financial data. Your financial data is not stored in our database indefinitely. We store financial data for the minimum amount of time necessary to conduct business. Our current data retention policy is as follows: Your credit card number is deleted out of the website database 7 days after you place your order on the website. Your CVV2 or CID number is deleted as soon as the order is processed.
